We serve Pinellas & Pasco County. Our air-conditioning work covers homes and commercial properties, and we provide commercial refrigeration installation, service and repairs.

Residential and commercial AC

We work on residential and commercial air-conditioning systems. We design, build and install systems suited to your needs, with free AC installation estimates and a one-year labor warranty on new installations. We also handle AC service and repairs.

Emergency AC, heating and refrigeration

We offer 24-hour emergency AC service and 24/7 emergency heating and commercial refrigeration repairs. Our refrigeration repair work covers commercial refrigerators and freezers.

Commercial refrigeration installation

We install walk-in freezers and coolers, refrigerated display cases, keg boxes, beer coolers, bottle-top and salad-top coolers, and meat or fish cases. We help design a refrigeration system around your commercial property's needs.

Commercial maintenance schedules

We offer annual commercial refrigeration maintenance and monthly preventive maintenance for commercial kitchens. Our kitchen program covers cooking and refrigeration equipment, with inspections and repairs when needed. Our refrigeration maintenance covers all makes and models.

Insulation removal and replacement

We remove old insulation and install new blown-in insulation in attics and walls. After the insulation work, we perform a blower door test and take an energy reading to check for air leaks.

Measuring your home's air infiltration

Our blower door test measures air infiltration in your home. We fit a frame and flexible panel into a doorway and use a variable-speed fan, a pressure gauge, and airflow instruments. During testing, we check interior spaces for air entering or escaping and can seal the leaks we find.

Blower door test duration and preparation

Allow up to an hour or more for a blower door test, depending on your home's complexity. Plan for a walk-through with our technician and point out drafty rooms or spaces that are difficult to cool or heat. We need access to all areas, including closets, cabinets, attics, crawl spaces and unused rooms.
